May 14 2025
On May 7–8, DoonDookStudio attended the Dubai GameExpo Summit 2025, organized by Pocket Gamer Connects.
Mosi and Milad represented our studio and proudly showcased our latest HTML5 Game Catalog.
The summit offered an exceptional opportunity to engage with some of the brightest and most forward-thinking individuals in the global gaming community.
The event delivered exactly what it promised—an energizing mix of innovation, opportunity, and connection, set against the vibrant backdrop of one of the region’s most prominent gaming expos.
Discuss DDS Games’ Performance on Playhop
Among the standout moments of the summit was a meaningful meeting with Nikita Bokarev, Chief Business Development Officer at Playhop. Nikita’s authentic interest in our growth and his willingness to dive deep into our goals made a lasting impression. He offered strategic, experience-based guidance that went well beyond surface-level feedback.
Thanks to his insights, we walked away with actionable strategies to significantly improve our performance on the Playhop platform—strategies that will also serve as a strong blueprint for scaling on other distribution channels.
The impact of this discussion was both immediate and long-term, and we’re sincerely grateful for the opportunity to connect with such a knowledgeable and generous industry leader.
A Warm, Friendly Meeting With Our Old Partners: The SVG Team
The Dubai GameExpo 2025 presented us with the long-anticipated opportunity to meet the Simple Viral Games (SVG) team in person. After months of remote collaboration, our face-to-face meeting brought a renewed energy and deeper alignment to our partnership.
During our discussions, we delved into expanding our collaboration, with a particular focus on providing more of DoonDookStudio’s high-quality games for their Time Pass platform. The conversation was focused, forward-looking, and filled with enthusiasm about the future possibilities.
Additionally, both teams expressed a strong interest in exploring the multiplayer gaming space. They also recognized the significant potential for increased demand and engagement.
The meeting was not only productive but also inspiring, reinforcing our shared commitment to long-term growth and innovation in the casual gaming market.
Productive Meetings With Other Teams in the GameExpo
We also had a series of dynamic discussions with teams from Kwalee, Lobah, Ciao Games, T7D Gaming, and Yellow Bird Games. Each conversation was marked by positivity, openness, and a shared enthusiasm for innovation in the gaming industry.
These meetings went beyond mere introductions—they were authentic exchanges of ideas, aspirations, and potential collaborations.
Our members explored new distribution avenues and brainstormed future partnerships.
Every conversation generated valuable insights and forward-thinking ideas that hold great promise for future, exciting collaborations.
